TUN/TAP & PPP are turned off when vps is created. If you will like to enable the following you can do so by doing the following:
- Login to your VPS Control Panel/Billing System
- Select VPS you wish to enable tun/tap or ppp on by clicking on "Manage" if not already on VPS management page
- Click on "Settings" tab under "Controls"
- Enable TUN/TAP/PPP as required
